Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of ATOVault, a product of Bleauxhorn Ventures ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. The service

ATOVault reads configuration and compliance metadata from cloud accounts you connect, maps it to security control frameworks, and generates compliance artifacts such as OSCAL packages, control narratives, and remediation snippets.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only connect cloud accounts you are authorized to connect.
• Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, disrupt the service, or probe it beyond the vulnerability-reporting process described on our Security page.

4. Generated content and professional judgment

ATOVault uses automated analysis and AI models to draft compliance narratives and infrastructure remediation. This output is a starting point that requires your review. Remediation snippets in particular are intended to be reviewed before you apply them to your environment. We do not guarantee that using ATOVault will result in an authorization, and nothing in the service is legal advice or a substitute for your assessor's judgment.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you provide and to the artifacts ATOVault generates for you. You grant us the limited right to process that data to operate the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Trials, fees, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout. Trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment. If you need one, contact us to discuss an enterprise agreement.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or has unpaid fees. On termination you may request an export of your data.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and notify account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
